Rates:

• $2,500 per week plus 10% tax. Quotes for longer durations on request (note, due to local ordinances we cannot rent for less than a week at a time).

Policies:

• Deposit: 50% to reserve, balance 30 days prior to arrival.
• Refund policy: 50% refund if cancellation is more than 30 days from arrival, or 20% refund for less than 30 days notice.
• Maximum resident guests: four adults or one family. No children under 10 without prior consent of the owner.
• Because of zoning and permit regulations, no parties of more than ten people, including weddings and receptions.
• Well-behaved pets welcome.
